Lifetime is airing the TV movie Chris Watts: Confessions of a Killer starring Sean Kleier as Watts and Ashley Williams as his pregnant wife Shanann, mother of their two young daughters. Watts later confessed to brutally murdering his family. [More Lifetime movies streaming are always available.]
While the Chris Watts movie makes its premiere on Lifetime, Williams is at the Sundance Festival where her short film Meats, which she wrote, directed and stars in, is up for Best Short Film. It’s about a vegan woman who is pregnant and suddenly finds herself craving meat.

Yes, that’s Ashley with blond hair! The actress explains in the photo series above that she was asked if she would dye her hair blond if she got the TV pilot she was testing for.
She wrote: “‘Duh!’ I said. Then, cuz I don’t do anything halfsies, I dyed my hair for the test. Two hours later I got a call saying they weren’t moving further with me. Cuz that’s what happens! Like… all the time. And it’s all good but here’s the best part: I LOVE MY NEW HAIR!! In short: thank you, rejection, once again. You have served me well.”
