Former child star Keshia Knight Pulliam (Rudy on The Cosby Show) is starring in the new Lifetime movie Radio Christmas. She plays a DJ in Philadelphia whose radio station is closed during the holidays — so she’s forced to broadcast from a small town, aptly named Bethlehem.
While in Bethlehem, she discovers the true meaning of Christmas and falls for a handsome single dad (Michael Xavier) to boot.
When Pulliam posted the before and after photos above with pop star Janet Jackson (who was also a TV child star; she played Penny on Good Times), Pulliam wrote: “I guess time has been kind to both of us.” Fans can’t believe that’s Janet in the “before” photo; many believe it’s her late brother Michael Jackson. The resemblance is wild, fans are saying.
When they reunited at the BMI Awards, Pulliam wrote that she plans to play Janet in her life story and that Janet has agreed to the plan!
Radio Christmas premieres on Lifetime on Saturday, November 8 at 8 pm.
