If you’re among those who say supermodels have it easy, lounging around in their haute couture, stomping down runways, and occasionally sneering at the camera — you don’t know.
Supermodel Bella Hadid is going to change your mind about what the modeling job requires in the next ten seconds. Here she squats on a platform while being drilled into a Plexiglass-like box. It’s terrifying, and yet she seems cool.
Fans, however, are not cool. They are catching their breath. “I feel suffocated looking at this,” wrote one fan. (The shoot was for Pop magazine back in 2018, but Hadid just reshared it today!) She wrote: “me locking myself in my hotel room after work for the 27th day in a row.”
Yes, being in a see-though box is what Hadid must feel like a lot of the time. She also must really like it — her Instagram, where everybody gets to look at her, is never quiet. Still fans are uncomfortable. “Claustrophobia jumped out of the screen,” wrote one fan. Thank goodness she got out, and someone gave her a drink, right?
