There’s that famous Supreme Court justice (Potter Stewart) who said he couldn’t define what was obscene, only that he “knew it when he saw it.” Same goes here, right? If this pic of Miley in her sheer tank top doesn’t break Instagram’s body exposure rules, then the rules don’t really exist.
