Ally Brooke is the 26-year-old pop singer competing on Season 28 of Dancing with the Stars. She and her professional dance partner, Sasha Farber, made it to Week 6. They intend to advance to Week 7 after performing a crowd-pleasing quickstep. Unlike Week 6 when there was no elimination, one of the nine remaining couples will be sent home after the Week 7 performances.
The former Fifth Harmony band member is already celebrating — her new single “Higher” with Matoma has hit the 2 million views mark on YouTube.
In the YouTube comments section, fans are chiming in on the serious Nicole Scherzinger and Pussycat Dolls vibe everyone says Ally is giving in the video, “especially on the high notes.” (Scherzinger, who was the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls and left the band to pursue her solo career, is now on the panel of The Masked Singer.)
Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8 pm on ABC.
