The seventh season of Married to Medicine ushers in a new wife, Buffie Purselle. She’s married to psychiatrist Dr. David Purselle, who rocks a salt and pepper handlebar mustache. The Vanderbilt University, University of Alabama School of Medicine, and Emory University School of Medicine graduate runs Georgia Psychiatric Consultants in Atlanta. He treats schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety ,and PTSD, among others.
Buffie and Dave married in Paris, France at the fancy Four Seasons Hotel on the famous Avenue George V. Buffie says “That day was like a fairytale.” Note: Getting a room at the Four Seasons George V for $1000 a night is a bargain!
Buffie admits in the post that she thought the fairytale would end when they found out ten years ago that she couldn’t have children. She wrote to her husband: “But in true Super Dave fashion you wiped away my tears and said “don’t despair – we have pups, nephews and nieces, and most importantly we have EACH OTHER.” Awww!
Married to Medicine airs Sundays at 9 pm on Bravo, right before The Real Housewives of Potomac, and right before Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen at 10 pm. [BONUS: Stream any BRAVO show through the BRAVO Digital App found here. Download is FREE.]
