The new MTV reality TV show The Hills: New Beginnings throws a light back on Heidi Montag, her husband Spencer Pratt (collectively known as Speidi), movie star Mischa Barton, and Brody Jenner, among others. [BONUS: Stream any MTV show through the MTV Digital App found here. Download is FREE.]
A lot has happened over the past ten years. Speidi are now parents, and Brody got married and became a professional DJ, among other things. Brody is the son of Bruce Jenner (now Caitlyn Jenner) and his second wife, former beauty pageant winner and songwriter Linda Thompson, who still has a fabulous figure at 69!
Bruce Jenner and Thompson, a former girlfriend of Elvis Presley, married in 1982. She co-wrote the song “I Have Nothing” with her future husband David Foster which was performed by Whitney Houston in the movie The Bodyguard.
The Hills: New Beginnings airs Mondays at 10 pm on MTV. P.S. Brody talks about his father’s transition in the clip below. “Caitlyn is a totally different person than Bruce,” says Brody.
