It’s down to the Top 13 artists on Season 16 of The Voice. Only five of the Top 13 are women. On Team Adam is Mari; Team Legend includes Maelyn Jarmon and Celia Babini, and Team Blake has two — Oliv Blu and Kim Cherry. After nailing the TLC song “Waterfalls,” Kim Cherry is singing the sexy Salt n’ Pepa song “Whatta Man” featuring En Vogue. According to her Instagram account, Kim says she’ll be singing the song to a man named Adam Melcher. She tagged him on her most recent post promoting her version of “Whatta Man” on iTunes.

Adam Melcher is keeping his identity a mystery. There is only one photo on the account that’s seven months old. It’s a photo presumably of him, holding a pint of beer and smiling although you can’t see his face. The caption reads: “I just noticed I have big knuckles.” He’s like Norm Peterson’s wife Vera on Cheers who we never got to see on camera. Or will he make his appearance during the finals?! The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 pm on NBC.
