Basketball Wives, the reality TV show about the wives, ex-wives, girlfriends and ex-girlfriends of professional basketball players, is coming back for its eighth season in June. The producer of the show, Shaquille O’Neal‘s ex-wife Shaunie O’Neal, returns with her longtime friends/enemies Evelyn Lozada, Tami Roman, Jackie Christie, Malaysia Pargo and Jennifer Williams.
Newbies Kristen Scott, Cece Guitierrez and OG Chijindu are back too.

During Season 8, while mother of five Shaunie O’Neal deals with her 6’9″ UCLA basketball player son Shareef needing heart surgery, there are also celebrations to be had in the O’Neal family. The O’Neals recently celebrated the birthday of daughter Me’Arah who just turned 13.
At her Neon Light Party held at the indoor club The Novo DTLA, rapper Swae Lee performed. Shaunie thanked the 23-year-old rapper from Inglewood, California “for keeping the party going.” See photos/video below.
