In the FBI episode “Most Wanted,” FBI Agents OA (Zeeko Zaki) and Maggie (Missy Peregrym) team up with members of the FBI’s Fugitives Department including FBI Agent Jess Lacroix (guest star Julian McMahon) to track down Tommy Gilman. Gilman, who’s already on America’s top 10 most wanted list, is wanted for murder.

Fugitive Tommy Gilman is portrayed by actor Matthew Lillard. He’s currently starring in the NBC hit Good Girls as Beth’s cheating husband Dean.
Lillard is also known for his roles on Twin Peaks (William Hastings, see photo below), Bosch (Luke Goshen aka Lucky Rykov), Halt and Catch Fire (Ken Diebold), The Good Wife (Rowby Canton), The Bridge (Daniel Frye), and in several movies including The Descendants (Brian Speer), Scooby-Doo (Shaggy), and Scream (Stuart), among others. FBI airs Tuesdays at 9 pm on CBS, right after NCIS and right before NCIS: New Orleans.
