During the fourth round of auditions for ABC’s Season 2 of American Idol, judges Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan see a familiar bearded face at the microphone. Isaac Streetman from Aragon, Georgia auditioned last year on American Idol and made it to Hollywood. Now Streetman is back for a second chance to win the whole thing. For his 2019 audition, the 19-year-old choose a song close to his heart – it’s his fiancé Mary Bell’s favorite song for him to sing.
A lot has happened since Isaac last appeared on American Idol. He graduated from high school, got engaged (obviously), and now he’s about to become a father. Mary Bell is expecting in April. He told his local newspaper, “There’s a bunch of things going on at one time, but as always, I’m keeping my main priorities straight: with my family and following my dream with music.” American Idol airs Sundays at 8 pm on ABC, right before Shark Tank.
