In the S.W.A.T. episode “The B-Team,” Hondo (Shemar Moore) reunites with an old flame, FBI Special Agent Elle Trask, as the SWAT team works with the FBI to bring in a separatist group with weapons-grade plutonium. On a lighter note, the team worries they’ll lose an annual law enforcement charity competition to the Los Angeles Fire Department. It requires a lot of physical strength, which the SWAT team has, but the LAFD also have former NFL players Willie McGinest, Eric Dickerson and James Harrison on their team.
Hondo’s ex FBI Special Agent Ellen Trask is portrayed by Tricia Helfer. The 5’10” Canadian-born cover girl model turned actress is known for her roles on Lucifer (Charlotte, see below), Powers (Angela Lange), Suits (Evan Smith), Con Man (Louise), The Firm (Alex Clark), Two and a Half Men (Charlie’s girlfriend’s sexy best friend Gail), Dark Blue (Alex Rice), Battlestar Galactica (Number Six), and Burn Notice (Carla), among others. S.W.A.T. airs Thursdays at 10 pm on CBS, right after Celebrity Big Brother.
