On Season 2 of Love After Lockup, while Scott fears telling his fiancée Lizzie that he’s broke (after spending more than $90,000 on her already), Clint fears that his lady friend in jail, Tracie, doesn’t love him anymore. When they get the chance to talk on the phone, he asks “What’s going on with us? Do you still love me and want to be with me?” His questions are followed by a pregnant pause. When Tracie was released from jail, she took off with Clint’s rental car. On the phone, she convinces Clint that she didn’t leave him, “I just left for a little while.” She adds, “I have a really bad addiction and I’m working on that. Promise.”

When Clint asks what she did to the rental car, she says, “I don’t want to get into that,” and suggests that together “we’ll take care of that when I get out, okay?” She admits, “I freaked out and I just left it at the store because I thought there was a tracker on me.” Tracie goes on to blame Clint for wanting to be with her, “I’m the party girl. I’m the f*** up.” Clint refuses to believe that and says, “I gotta get my goddess out of jail. I gotta be with you, baby.”
