In the Hallmark movie “Christmas in Love,” Ellie Hartman (Brooke D’Orsay) works at the famous bakery Carlingson’s in a small town in Missouri. Right before Christmas, the young and handsome CEO Nick Carlingson pays the small town a visit and suggests that the process of making the bakery’s famous Christmas Kringles pastries should be automated. Ellie does her best to convince him otherwise.
CEO Nick is portrayed by Daniel Lissing. The Australian-born actor is best known for his roles as Canadian Mountie Jack Thornton in the Hallmark drama When Calls the Heart. He’s also recognized for his roles on Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce (Payton), Last Resort (James King), and Crownies (Conrad De Groot), among others. Christmas in Love premieres on Hallmark Channel on Sunday, November 11 at 8 pm.
