In the American Housewife episode “Body Image,” Chloe Brown Mueller (Jessica St. Clair) brings the previous “fattest housewife” in Westport, Evelyn, to meet Katie (Katy Mixon), who has now assumed the title. Chloe reveals that Evelyn got plastic surgery to lose weight and she now looks amazing. Katie seeks revenge on Chloe by digging up unflattering photos of Chloe from high school. When Katie realizes that she’s acting like child and her children are taking notice, she changes her tune.
The former “fattest housewife” is portrayed by Beth Curry. She’s known for her roles on Superstore (Corporate Woman), Hart of Dixie (Pamela Bailey), and Burn Notice (Donna Foster), among others.
