On Season 11 of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards reveals that she’s been dating, sporadically over the past six years, Wynn Katz. On the show together, Wynn introduces himself as “a civilian.” (It’s a term Hollywood types use for those who don’t work in the entertainment business.) Their children (Richards is 53) set them up. While Kim says their relationship hasn’t moved forward because “Wynn can’t leave his partying days behind him” (Kim has struggled with her sobriety over the years), she also admits to being afraid to love again after her ex-husband Monty Brinson died in January 2016.
Wynn Katz is the owner/designer of Rough Roses, a fashion line known for its leather handbags and belts. He opened a retail store on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles in 2010 (which has since closed). See interview below. Wynn is also a grandfather, thanks to daughter Donna Katz Basso, creative director of apparel and lead designer at Linea Pelle, another of Wynn’s fashion businesses.
