VH1 interviewed the ladies of Basketball Wives while they were getting their hair and makeup done for the Season 7 reunion. They asked them, individually, who their MVP starting lineup would include. Shaunie O’Neal didn’t hesitate. She quickly named Evelyn Lozada, Tami Roman, Jackie Christie. She added Malaysia Pargo and then said “I’d love to have Suzie back.” Suzie Ketcham was on on Basketball Wives from 2010 to 2013, when she was the ex-girlfriend of retired NBA star Michael Olowokandi.
In a 2016 interview with VH1, Shaunie O’Neal said, “We try for Suzie [to return], every year but her kids are in Miami and it’s hard for her to just go away from them for three months at a time, if she had a TV show all the way in LA, so it’s logistics with her.” In that interview Shaunie said she also wanted Evelyn and Jennifer back, and that happened, so maybe there is hope for Suzie after all.
