On the 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days episode “Truth or Life,” while Jesse’s visit with Darcey in America comes to an end (thank goodness), Paul is still in Brazil with Karine and her family. Karine is upset with Paul after he called her brother a thief. When Paul asks his 21-year-old bride Karine to sit down and talk to him, he’s wearing an unusual vest. It looks like a lightweight bullet-proof vest or a flotation device for safe swimming but it’s not — it’s an ice vest to keep him cool (see link below).
Anyway, when Karine refuses to speak, Paul brings out his phone to use the translation app. He apologizes for insulting her family and culture but Karine says she doesn’t want to talk anymore. She says she wants to get a divorce. 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days airs Sundays at 8pm on TLC.
