The protagonist of the Lifetime movie I’ll Be Watching is Kate Riley. She’s moved to a remote, quiet town to start over after a crazy stalker almost killed her. Things are looking up for Kate in the beautiful countryside, she’s even fallen in love with a cute cop in town (Jonah Platt). But then her crazy stalker finds her and makes her life a living hell, again. Good thing her new boo and his detective friends are around to protect her.
Kate is portrayed by Janel Parrish. The Hawaiian-born actress is best known for her role as Mona Vanderwaal on Pretty Little Liars. (See streaming Pretty Little Liars link above.) She also competed on Season 19 of Dancing with the Stars in 2005; she and her pro dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy came in third. I’ll Be Watching premieres on Lifetime Movies on Friday, August 3 at 8pm.
