On The Real Housewives of New York City episode “Faux Weddings and a Funeral,” Bethenny Frankel reunites with Jill Zarin at the funeral for Zarin’s husband Bobby who died of cancer. Outside the funeral home, Jill cries that she’s all alone now — to which Bethanny says, “I know, I’m alone too.” On a lighter note, Tinsley Mortimer tries on wedding dresses with her mother, Dale. While at a bridal salon, Tinsley gets a call. When she sees a photo of her eggs (there are seven), Tinsley and Dale both break down in tears. “They’re like my babies,” Tinsley cries to her mother.
Later in the episode, Dale admits to “doing something bad.” Over Christmas when Tinsley and Scott were together with their mothers, Dale told Scott’s mom that Tinsley’s time to have babies has passed. “So if this isn’t going to work, you better jump ship.” Dale thought it was hilarious because they were on a boat at the time. Tinsley does not think it’s funny. “Mea culpa” Dale apologizes with a smile. The Real Housewives of New York City airs Wednesdays at 9pm on Bravo.
