In the Billions episode “Not You, Mr. Dake,” while hedge fund king Bobby “Axe” Axelrod (Damian Lewis) and U.S. Attorney Chuck Rhodes (Paul Giamatti) face mounting evidence of their involvement in the Ice Juice sabotage, Chuck’s right-hand man Connerty (Toby Leonard Moore) makes his case in front of Judge Adam DeGiulio. But in court, Connerty comes up against unexpected witness testimony.
Judge DeGiulio is portrayed by Rob Morrow. Morrow is known for his roles on Designated Survivor (Abe Leonard), The Fosters (Will), American Crime Story (O.J. Simpson defense attorney Barry Scheck), Entourage (Ari’s lawyer Jim Lefkowitz), Numb3rs (Don Eppes), and Northern Exposure (Dr. Joel Fleischman), among others. Morrow is also well recognized for his roles in the films The Bucket List (Dr. Hollins) and Robert Redford’s excellent Quiz Show (Dick Goodwin, see link above). Billions airs Sundays at 9pm on Showtime.
