In the Season 3 finale episode of Superstore, “Town Hall,” Amy (America Ferrera) and Jonah (Ben Feldman) put aside their conflicts as the store gets ready for a visit from Cloud 9 CEO Neil Penderson. All the employees rally to confront the CEO at a town hall which is broadcast live to all Cloud 9 stores worldwide. District Manager Laurie (Jennifer Irwin) is on hand to help the CEO.

Cloud 9 CEO Penderson is portrayed by Brian Howe. Howe is known for his roles on Chicago Fire (Nick Porter), Vice Principals (Superintendent Jeremy Haas), Westworld (Sheriff Pickett), Masters of Sex (Sam Duncan), The Newsroom (Barry Lasenthal), The Client List (Judge Overton), Justified (Arnold), and Bonnie with Bonnie Hunt (Sammy Sinatra), among many others. Superstore airs Thursdays at 8pm on NBC, right before A.P. Bio.
