The crew on Season 3 of Below Deck Mediterranean are cruising the Italian Amalfi coast. Captain Sandy Yawn is at the helm of the 178-foot Talisman Maiton, and Hannah Ferrier of Sydney, Australia has returned too as Chief Stew. But not everything goes smoothly. In a sneak peek video, a frustrated Sandy repeatedly yells that she wants to fire Hannah. Hannah doesn’t take the criticism well.

Based on her Instagram account, Hannah has bounced back and looks happy after filming the Below Deck Mediterranean season. Here she is with her father (who’s in awesome shape!) after they hiked Wine Glass Bay which is in Tasmania’s Freycinet National Park. The trail that loops around is 11.5 kilometers (7.15 miles) long, and she and her father have been hiking it together for the past three years. (He’s been hiking it for 20 — so it’s a tradition.) As Hannah writes, “When all is said and done family and friends are really the most important things in life.” Below Deck Mediterranean airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Bravo.
