In jail, Brown has been accused of using a razor to assault an inmate. According the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office, Brown had told inmates he was incarcerated for murder. When the inmates found out he was on trial for rape, “friction began to develop between them” and Brown used a shaving razor blade to assault one of the inmates. According to ABC News 12, Brown was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon in prison but D.A. Ernie Lee said since Brown is already spending the rest of his life in prison, it’s in the best interest of the Justice System to dismiss the new charges against him. 48 Hours: NCIS airs Tuesdays at 10pm on CBS.
