In The Mick episode “The Church,” Alba (Carla Jimenez) admits that she may have a substance abuse problem. To show their support, Mickey (Kaitlin Olson) and the kids go to church with Alba. There they meet the church’s young, handsome priest. When Alba invites the priest over to the house, all of the Pembertons hit if off with the clergyman who is also athletic and tattooed. There’s a memorable scene when the priest takes off his shirt to play basketball and reveals two giant tattoos on his back (angel wings!).
The priest is portrayed by Miles Fisher. The Harvard graduate is known for his roles on 2 Broke Girls (Adam), Bad Sports (Chad Whipple), Psych (Reginald Parker), and Mad Men (Jeffrey Graves), among others. Fisher is also recognized for his roles in the films J. Edgar (Agent Garrison), Final Destination 5 (Peter Friedkin) and the Civil War movie Gods and Generals with Jeff Daniels and Robert Duvall (John Beale). P.S. Fisher is also the founder of Cups Coffee, a coffee subscription business. The Mick airs Tuesdays at 9:30 PM ON FOX, right after LA to Vegas.
