On My Big Fat Fabulous Life episode “We’re Having a Baby,” while Whitney Way Thore helps her pregnant friend Ashley induce labor, there’s more good news on the way. Whitney’s father Glenn announces a trip to Hawaii which pleases his wife Barb very much. Also during the episode, Whitney reveals that her friend and former roommate Buddy “has a really bad cocaine problem.”
When Whitney and Heather, Buddy’s former girlfriend, receive letters from Buddy who’s in rehab, Whitney decides it would be better if the two women read the letters together. Whitney admits that she has “no idea” what Buddy is going to say. She worries it might say, “Dear Whitney, I hate you.” Heather who finds the whole situation “mind blowing for me” wears a “Positive Vibes” t-shirt as she opens her letter from Buddy. “It sucks,” says Whitney, “I mean, it just sucks.” My Big Fat Fabulous Life airs Tuesdays at 8pm on TLC.
