When not watching the dynamic 2018 Olympic Winter Games on NBC, you could tune in for the dramatic 2018 Bachelor Winter Games on ABC. Twenty-five gorgeous single people from around the world are playing, flirting and having a good time together in Vermont. Twelve of them are from American Bachelor shows (Ben Higgins, Ashley I.), the others are from abroad. One of the most interesting women is Tiffany Scanlon. The 31-year-old “experience junkie” was on Season 4 of The Bachelor Australia.

When not on TV or on the road, Tiffany is working on her blog The Tiffany Times. She writes about her experiences traveling (going to India to train as a yoga instructor) and her darkest moments (Tiffany has struggled with depression). In November 2017, she wrote an article about “the time I transformed my body and mind with HIIT.” (HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training.) With the article are photos of her at her heaviest/most unhealthy. While she admits she was never overweight (125lbs.) she was “weak” and “unhappy.” After starting her HIIT and diet (“70% or more of the results I achieved came from a change in my diet”), she began to notice results after 2 weeks. The before and after photos (see below) are stunning. She does look strong and happy at 114lbs. The Bachelor Winter Games airs Tuesdays at 8pm on ABC.
