On Married to Medicine, the ladies travel to Barbados together with their husbands. And yes, Mariah Huq and her husband Dr. Aydin Huq are a part of the group. Mariah and Heavenly Kimes still aren’t on talking terms. Heavenly once again brought up Mariah’s mama. Mariah doesn’t understand why they can’t agree to “Not Talk About Mamas.” Mariah says, “I can’t say anything. I feel like I have to show up cute and mute.” Mariah does a good job of showing up cute and mute when Heavenly hosts a dinner party on the beach. The spotlight doesn’t fall on Mariah. It falls on Quad Webb-Lunceford and her husband Dr. Gregory Lunceford. Quad has been very upfront about her marriage being in “a tumultuous state” and this trip doesn’t seem to be helping.
At a party, Heavenly introduces a couples game by asking questions like “How would you describe your time between the sheets? Is it fast and furious or slow and steady?” And “What do you remember about your first time together?” This line of questioning rubs Quad Webb-Lunceford and her husband Greg the wrong way. Greg offers a crude memory that leaves everyone at the table speechless. When asked who said I love you first, Greg admits it was him but makes a jab about not taking a breathalyzer test so he’s not sure if he was sober. Finally, Simone’s husband Cecil tells Greg “to take it easy.” Cecil adds with a nervous chuckle, “You’re scaring me a little bit.” Married to Medicine airs Fridays at 9pm on Bravo.
