In the Hallmark Countdown to Christmas movie Christmas at Holly Lodge, a handsome man named Evan Hunter (Jordan Bridges) visits Holly Lodge, a family-owned inn that been in the hands of the same family for generations. The minute he meets the gorgeous blonde who runs the lodge, Sophie Bennett, there’s love in the air. But then Sophie discovers what brought Evan to the lodge in the first place, and things get complicated. Evan is a real estate developer who came to possibly buy the lodge which Sophie is struggling to keep in business.
Sophie is portrayed by Alison Sweeney. She’s known for her roles on Days of Our Lives (Sami Brady, see cute photos below) and in the Murder, She Baked TV movies (Hannah Swensen), among others. Or maybe you recognize Sweeney as the dynamic host of The Biggest Loser (2006-2015) — see link/image above. Christmas at Holly Lodge premieres on Hallmark Channel on Sunday, December 3 at 8pm.
