In the Lifetime TV movie The Wrong Nanny, Blake McGill finds out the identity of her birth mother. Her name is Stella Armstrong (Lindsay Hartley). She’s gorgeous, happily married, and the mother of twin baby boys. Blake doesn’t reveal her identity when Stella hires her as the nanny. Although she does admit that there’s “something familiar” about Blake. That gives her comfort — but it shouldn’t! Blake wants Stella all to herself and she’s willing to kill for her mother’s full attention and affection.
Blake is portrayed by Freya Tingley. The Australian-born actress is known for her roles on Once Upon a Time (Wendy Darling), Hemlock Grove (Christina Wendall), and in the 2014 Clint Eastwood film Jersey Boys as 17-year-old Francine. Tingley will appear next on the big screen in the 2018 thriller Spinning Man with Pierce Brosnan and Minnie Driver. The Wrong Nanny premieres on Lifetime on Friday, December 29 at 8pm.
