Voight is surprised to see Detective Burgess (Marina Squerciati) there, too. She tells Voight she’s there with her boyfriend, federal prosecutor Matt Miller, who used to work with the Congressman when he was in the State Attorney’s office. All of these personal political connections become complicated when the Congressman is found passed out in his hotel room with a dead woman.
