On The Blacklist episode “Miss Rebecca Thrall,” while the Task Force investigates a series of police shootings, Red (James Spader) enlists Tom (Ryan Eggold) to help him execute an elaborate plan (elephants are involved!) to re-established his criminal reputation. While staying at a hotel under the alias Bruno, Red meets a sexy blonde named Piper who invites him to hot tub with her and her boyfriend Gary. She promises to make “Pickle Bites” — dried beef with cream cheese and pickles rolled up and held with a toothpick.
The fun-loving, pickle bites maker is portrayed by Jennifer Knox. She’s appeared in films including The Dark Knight, Miss Ohio, and Quietly on By, among others. The Blacklist airs Wednesdays at 8pm on NBC.
