In the Will & Grace episode “Grandpa Jack,” Jack (Sean Hayes) gets a visit from his estranged son Elliot who now has a son of his own, Skip (Jet Jurgensmeyer). While Jack nearly faints at the idea of being a grandfather, he loosens up when he discovers that Skip “needs the kind of help only Will and Jack can provide.”

Elliot is portrayed by Michael Angarano. He’s also known for his roles on I’m Dying Up Here (Eddie Zeidel), The Knick (Dr. Bertie Chickering Jr.), 24 (Scott Wallace), and Cover Me; Based on the True Life of an FBI Family (Chance Arno), among others. Angarano is also recognized for his roles in the films Seabiscuit (Young Red Pollard) and Almost Famous (Young William). Fun fact: Angarano made his acting debut on Saturday Night Live as David Duchovny’s son in 1995. Will & Grace airs Thursdays at 9pm on NBC.
