The new sci-fi drama on FOX, The Gifted, is about a family with kids who possess mutant powers. While it sounds cool, it isn’t cool if you live in a world run by a hostile government that is trying to track you down. Luckily, the kids have awesome parents including mom, Caitlin “Kate” Strucker.
Kate is portrayed by Amy Acker. She’s known for her roles on Con Man (Dawn Jones), MacGyver (Sarah Adler), Person of Interest (Root/The Machine/Samantha Groves), Suits (Esther Edelstein), Alias (Kelly Peyton), and Angel (Illyria), among others.
