Third Wave Water (TWW) is a mineral supplement designed to improve the taste of coffee. It’s a capsule that contains a balanced blend of calcium, magnesium and sodium. When dropped into a gallon of distilled water, and shaken, it makes the water perfect for coffee brewing. Third Wave Water will be served and pitched on Shark Tank (October 8).
Each package of Third Wave Water holds 12 capsules, each capsule treating either one-gallon or five-gallons of distilled or reverse osmosis (RO) water. The one-gallon package is $15. The five-gallon is $25. TWW meets the Speciality Coffee Association’s guidelines for optimal brewing water. If you buy two, you receive a 10 percent discount. If you buy 5, 20 percent; and 10 gets you 30 percent off. Shark Tank airs Sundays at 9pm on ABC.
