Billy Ray Cyrus is about to release his 15th studio album, Set the Record Straight, in November. He’s been promoting his new music and celebrating the 25th anniversary of his debut signature song “Achy Breaky Heart,” which he released in January 1992, ten months before Miley was born. (She turns 25, too, on November 23.) Check out Billy Ray and Miley singing “Achy Breaky Heart” below. The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
