Everyone on Dancing with the Stars gets into the Halloween spirit on Week 7 of Season 25. All eight of the remaining couples perform a Halloween-themed dance. Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev will dance to the classic spooky song “I Put a Spell on You” (the Bette Midler version from the movie Hocus Pocus — it’s currently the #1 bestseller in Kids and Family movies at Amazon). And Terrell Owens and Cheryl Burke will perform a Tango to Rick James’ “Super Freak”. The only celebrity contestant who’s performing to her own music is violinist Lindsey Stirling. She and Mark Ballas will perform a Paso Doble to her song “Roundtable Rival.”
[“Roundtable Rival” is on Lindsey’s Shatter Me album]
Lindsey’s spooky dance performance on Dancing with the Stars will be nothing like the song’s official music video which she conceptualized (see below). In the video, the fast-paced song was given a classic Western movie treatment. Watching Lindsey dance and play the violin on the dusty road provides clue as to why she’s a real contender to win the Mirror Ball trophy this season. Lindsey really can do it all as a performer and you can’t take your eyes off her. Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8pm on ABC.
