On the Flipping Out episode “The Good, The Bad, The Goodbye,” Jeff Lewis receives a disturbing text from his daughter Monroe’s recently fired nanny Gema. He asks Nancy to read it because she’s around the house more than he or Jenni. Nancy says, “You know, I’m sure there’s a little bit of truth” to it. Gema writes that she believes Jeff’s housekeeper Zoila wanted her out.
Gema goes on to say that Zoila told her what to do even against the wishes of Jeff’s partner Gage, who according to Gema, Zoila says “is crazy” and “he is not her [Monroe’s] father.” When Jeff speaks to Zoila about Gema’s accusations, the conversation “takes an unexpected turn.” Flipping Out airs Thursdays at 9pm on Bravo.
