In the Season 3 premiere of Black Ink Crew: Chicago, things seem a bit calmer with Kat out of the picture (she’s leaving Chicago and headed to L.A.). The episode is called “The New Barack and Michelle Obama,” because as 9Mag owner Ryan Henry explains, he’s back with his soulmate, the mother of his child Mason, Rachel Leigh. “After years of false starts,” Ryan says, “I finally got my Michelle by my side.”

The natural beauty (Rachel wears her hair natural and seems to wear half as much makeup as the other women on the show) is the creator of luxury nail lacquer brand Pear Nova. The vegan, PETA-certified line is “inspired by trends on the runway, commencing trends in cosmetics.” Like many nail polish lines, Pear Nova comes up with clever names for its shades of lacquer including Michelle Our Mama. Each retails for $11.50. Or you can purchase the 4-bottle BRWNGRLMGC package for $40 which includes Michelle Our Mama, Diana Boss, Frida Be Free, and Cleo F**king Patra. Black Ink Crew: Chicago airs Wednesdays at 8pm on VH1.
