In the Botched episode ‘4000cc’s and Counting’, Drs. Dubrow and Nassif have a consultation with a woman who might consider reducing the size of her 4000cc breasts in order to save her life. The woman, adult star Elizabeth Starr, said she got her first breast enhancement surgery (500ccs, double D cups) when she was 25. She later had those replaced with larger “string” polypropylene breast implants (which are now illegal) that caused an infection and a leak coming out of a hole the size of a silver dollar.
According to imdb, Starr has starred in dozens of videos since 1998 including the Busted! series. The most recent film she’s been in is the 2014 action film Blonde Squad as Sabrina Steele. Botched airs Sundays at 9pm on E!
