On Basketball Wives, when Jackie Christie becomes a grandmother when her daughter Chantel has a baby girl, she throws herself a “Glamma Party.” While Shaunie O’Neal says congratulations to the Christie family she also sends her regrets. Shaunie talks about not going to the party with Evelyn Lozada. Shaunie says, “We’re celebrating this one baby, and there’s been a whole scandal about her other one.” Evelyn agrees that it’s strange. “There’s been so much sh-t about me donating money to the grandkid,” says Evelyn. “I just rather sit and do nothing.”
Jackie’s other daughter Ta’Kari Lee (Doug Christie is not her birth father) started a GoFundMe campaign for her 8-month-old son Jaxson who was burned at day care. Her goal was to raise $3000. Evelyn donated the whole amount which made Jackie Christie look bad and think that Evelyn donated the money to throw shade at Jackie. “What are you trying to say, Evelyn? That I can’t take care of my kid?” P.S. More than $15,000 was raised by 485 people including NBA star Matt Barnes of the Golden State Warriors who donated $3000. Basketball Wives airs Mondays at 9pm on VH1.
Please believe @EvelynLozada if I would have had a mother to call at that time I would have called because Lord knows I needed one then…
