In the TV movie The Wrong Mother, Kelsey Larsen (Vanessa Marcil) and her husband need to hire a live-in nurse and think they found a good one to help watch their twin children. What they didn’t know (and find out the hard way) is that nurse Vanessa is the woman who donated her eggs in order for Kelsey to have the twins via in vitro fertilization, and she wants the kids (now in elementary school) back.
Vanessa is portrayed by Brooke Nevin. The Canadian-born actress is known for her roles on Scorpion (Linda), Quantum Break (Emily), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (Maya), Perception (Shelby Coulson), Call Me Fitz (Sonja Lester), Cracked (Dr. Clara Malone), Chicago Fire (Tara Little), and Breakout Kings (Julianne Simms), among others. The Wrong Mother premieres on Lifetime on April 8 at 8pm.
