In the Say Yes to the Dress episode ‘We’re Going to Say I Do Underwater!’ when not trying to help a bride find a dress for her underwater wedding ceremony, Randy works with reality TV star turned White House aide Omarosa Manigault (The Apprentice) who said yes to her Florida pastor fiance John Allen Newman when he proposed in July 2016.
Omarosa and Newman married on Saturday, April 8, the day her Say Yes to the Dress episode airs. Just days before the episode, Omarosa posted a photo from her bridal/going away party at the White House. She gives a special shout out of thanks to Sarah Sanders, White House principal deputy press secretary and Kellyanne Conway, counselor to President Trump. Omarosa said “I do” at the Trump International Hotel in D.C. (see photo below). Say Yes to the Dress airs Saturdays at 8pm on TLC.
