You keep thinking it’s a joke, a set-up. But this is real video of what happened. Kimmel actually does show a satire video after showing the initial video — and it’s hard to tell that both videos aren’t from the same source. After the tweet below from United Airlines CEO Oscar Munoz, Kimmel is fascinated and appalled.

“That is such sanitized, say-nothing, take-no-responsibility, corporate-B.S. speak. I don’t know how the guy who sent that tweet didn’t vomit when he typed it up,” Kimmel said.
