On Season 2 of Little Big Shots, host Steve Harvey won’t be able to take his eyes off of 7-year-old basketball phenom Jaliyah Manuel of New Orleans, Louisiana. The little dynamo can dribble a basketball (fast!) while catching tennis balls, while pushing a giant tire, while catching orange cones and lining them up. She already has more than 100k followers on Instagram, and a number of Jaliyah’s followers are elite sports brands.
The day before appearing on Little Big Shots, in a video on Instagram, Jaliyah thanks HaddadBrands, a sporting goods apparel manufacturer and a distributor of Nike, Jordan Brand, and Converse, for sending a box of clothes “before they hit the stores.” Jaliyah recently modeled the spring collection of Nike’s children’s brand, Rookie USA (thanks to HaddadBrands) at the New York Fashion Week. And yes, she dribbled a basketball on the catwalk. Little Big Shots airs Sundays at 8pm on NBC.
