On Teen Mom 2, Leah picks up her daughter Addie who’s been with her father Jeremy for a week. When mother and daughter reunite, it’s a sweet thing to watch. After Leah puts Addie in her carseat, Jeremy blurts out to Leah, “I’m sure you already know I’m engaged, right?” Leah says calmly, “I didn’t know that.” After an awkward pause, Leah says, “Congratulations.”
Leah probably should have just walked away right then and there, but instead she starts telling Jeremy what marriage is all about (commitment). She says marriage “isn’t an irrational commitment, and you’re a very irrational person.” Teen Mom 2 airs Mondays at 9pm on MTV. On February 27, it will be followed by Teen Mom 2 TM2: Live!, where the moms and special guests talk about the episode.
