Fleming has published three bestselling cookbooks in Denmark and she’s about to release her first in English. It’s titled Cook Yourself Happy and it’s based on the Danish tradition of “hygge” or “cosiness.” Recipes include smoked salmon with pickled cucumber, Stegt Flaesk (fried pork belly), and Pheasant Ragout, among other Danish dishes. Cook Yourself Happy will be released September 21, 2017. Ladies of London airs Tuesdays at 8pm on Bravo.
