In The Simpsons episode ‘Havana Wild Weekend’, when the V.A. Hospital can no longer treat Grampa’s health issues, the Simpsons take him to Cuba for cheap medical care. Along the way, they reunite with KH Duff, CEO of Duff Brewery and owner of Duff Stadium and the Springfield Isotopes. HK Duff is portrayed by Stacy Keach. This is his fifth appearance on the show. Last time we saw Duff was in March 2015, when Homer won a reality competition to become “Duffman.”
