Kody Brown and his four wives — and 18 children — are back for a seventh season of Sister Wives. While Kody continues to work on his marriage with Meri (who was caught in a catfishing scandal last season), there are more marriages on the way. During Season 7, his daughter Maddy marries Caleb Brush, and his daughter Mykelti gets engaged.

Mykelti’s boyfriend Antonio “Tony” Padron asks Kody for his blessing. Tony doesn’t really get it. Kody tells Tony he appreciates that Tony asked him but then says, “Getting married is the most important decision in your life. And I believe that’s more important than the faith you choose.” Kody reminds Tony that Mykelti isn’t a member of the LDS Church (she’s not baptized) which means they can’t have a wedding in a LDS temple. Tony says he’s okay with that. He hopes Mykelti will be allowed to be baptized one day. “If God wants it to happen, he’ll make it happen.” Sister Wives airs Sundays at 8pm on TLC.
