On the Conviction episode ‘Mother’s Little Burden’, Hayes (Hayley Atwell) and the team take on the case of a mother, Penny Prince, who is convicted in the death of her autistic son Greg (Tim Guinee). Prior to her son’s death, Penny posted a video blog where she voiced her frustrations and fears about her violent son.
Penny Price is portrayed by Teri Polo. She’s known for roles on The Fosters (Stef Foster), Royal Pains (Diana Underhill), Man Up (Theresa Hayden Keen), Law & Order: LA (Casey Winters), The West Wing (FLOTUS Helen Santos), and The Practice (Sarah Baker), among others. Polo is also well recognized for her role as Pam Byrnes Focker in the Meet the Fockers movies with Ben Stiller. Conviction airs Mondays at 10pm on ABC.
